Is this not one beautiful loaf of bread?

I'm telling you, we've had this bread machine for two years now and I still love it. It's so wonderful to just dump all of the ingredients in at night, set the timer, and then wake up to the smell of warm, fresh cinnamon raisin bread. Or brioche. Or a nice honey-wheat loaf.

Yum.

If you've got some good bread machine recipes, please share! We have one (albeit one of the first models made in France, I think), but my bread here always comes out a lot more compact that when I make it in the US with the same recipes. Very odd...

It looks great! The thought of waking up to nice warm bread sounds heavenly. I have to change out of my pjs and go to the boulangerie, I'd much prefer to stay nice and cozy and enjoy cinnamon raison bread with butter and coffee : )

The bread that comes out of our bread machine ends up with a huge hole in the middle due to the stirrer thing in the middle - which is a pain for sandwiches.

Your's looks holeless!
